History and Description

The Hellenic Scholars Library Collection was created in November 2009 by three co-founders for the purpose of supporting the Classics Program at Samford University. The collection consists of works spanning the ancient through modern Greek worlds.

Strengths

The Hellenic Scholars Library Collection is a small collection to date (2,596 volumes) covering a wide variety of Greek topics, but is heavy in scholarly works relative to the Classics and to theology.
