You may pay the registration fee online by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express).
★ The online deadline for registration is October 12, 2011 at the stroke of midnight. ★
On site registration will be allowed, but member and nonmember registration fees will increase by $20.00.
The registration fee covers the cost of the Symposium sessions, special reception, and daily coffee breaks.
You may attend the Symposium for a single day at the rate of $40.00. If you plan to attend two or more days, please submit the full registration fee.
